Felicia wears a couples of hats at Stan’s. On the Admin side of things, she answers phones, enters in new leads, takes payments, schedules appointments, and helps customers with general questions about our line of work. This is where here customer service experience really shines. Having worked in the IT industry for 18 years, she’s spent a lot of time working closely with peers and customers alike. Daily you can hear her chatting with the homeowners to schedule their appointments, working with the repair crew guys and production assistant in order to produce the schedule for repairs to take place.
At Stan’s, Felicia and Terri are at the forefront of our business, most of the time being the first point of contact. The impression these two leave with our customers is imperative for keeping the Stan’s values held high. When she’s not behind the desk at the office or relaxing on her deck at home, Felicia is a consumer herself. She understands what it’s like being in the shoes of each of our customers. Felicia has had many experiences in the industry with shoddy work and broken promises. She is very proud of the fact that Stan’s is an honest company that doesn’t blow off appointments or customers.
Felicia is also the Repair Coordinator. Here, she manages the scheduling and coordination of jobs between our two repair crews. She processes the signed repair contracts, works with our sales reps and production department to move the work order smoothly through our system. Felicia communicates with our customers from the moment the estimate is signed to when the job is complete, ensuring that our customers are always aware of where their project is.
