Challenge This apartment/condo building needed a new roof. As our crew was completing the tear off, they discovered that the boards were almost all rotted and delaminated. Solution The crew carefully removed all of the bad boards and checked the structure underneath for possibly more rot.

Challenge On this siding repair job, we discovered that some trim boards were rotted and many nails were popping out.  Solution We replaced the rotted wood and installed new siding.

Challenge We had to strip all rotted wood from the trim edges of this home.  Rotting wood can easily create many issues for a homeowner. When wood breaks down, the structure can shift and possibly collapse if not caught soon enough.

Challenge Anytime there's wood on the exterior of a house, the homeowner will need to make sure it's all painted or stained. Over time, however, new coats will need to be applied.  Solution For this home, they had wooden corner posts painted over to match the siding.

Challenge It's important to make sure you go with credible contractors. This homeowner received got repairs from a contractor but wasn't able to reach them when the leak started up again. Solution We pride ourselves on being around for over 50 years.

Challenge We will occasionally get hired to install more attic insulation. Depending on where you live, there are different recommendations for how much insulation is needed in your attic. As attic insulation is important, so is its installation of it.

Challenge We were called in to give an estimate for a section of vinyl siding that has melted.  As more windows are designed to reflect the heat and light out of the house to keep the inside cool, the reflected light and heat tend to be even hotter.

Challenge This homeowner is looking to sell their home and they found loose shingles on the roof. We replaced this roof in 2018, and it seems that over time, events caused some shingles to loosen. Solution There are many causes of shingles becoming loose or falling off.
