Not all roofing companies will do small repairs. This home in Plainfield had a ridge cap blown off from a storm a few years back. Because their insurance didn't approve a whole new roof, no companies would take the time to do these small jobs.

Solution

We are one of the only companies in our area that still do small repairs. We understand that not all injuries to a roof are a cause for a whole new roof. Rather, we look to serve the homeowners by offering a cheaper option. However, no small repair is ever a small problem. Usually, damages of any size can lead to other injuries to the roof, and so the best way to total fix the issue is to replace the whole thing, but small repairs can still add a few more years to the roof.
