Challenge

This homeowner was experiencing a constant leak over their dining room area.  Upon inspection of the double layer roof, it was determined that the underlayment and plywood may need to be replaced.  

Solution

Our crew stripped off both layers of the roof to discover that underlayment was needed.  They tore everything off down to the plywood which still showed it had life left and replaced the underlayment with ice and water shield.  They placed a double layer of shingles over the top to seal off the roof area.
