I want to recognize one of our employees who just celebrated one year with our company. She was brought in to assist in the Admin Department. She has excellent customer communication skills, and if you call into our office, you will most likely be greeted by Felicia's friendly voice.

Her talents were quickly recognized and she was asked to run the Service Department. She keeps the Department flowing, and her main goal is to keep our customers happy,
