Challenge With big leaks, often our first reaction is to blame the roof. After all, rain comes right down onto the house right? Yes and no. Solution This house in Homer Glen had vertical wood sheet siding. The bottom of one section of the siding buckled out.

Challenge Existing Rotted wood siding and Tyvek house wrap was creating issues to the home structure of this house. Solution Our crew removed the siding. Cleaned the structure and placed new house wrap and siding in it's place.

Challenge Whenever you have exposed wood on the exterior of your home, you risk that wood rotting quickly. Once that wood rots, the problems don't stop there. Solution It's important to take care of your exterior to protect your interior. Make sure you properly seal up any exposed wood.

Challenge This project had the obstacle of removing damaged sheathing from under the shingles. Having good solid roof sheathing is important. It helps to bear the weight not only of the shingles, but the snow and ice. Sheathing helps redristubute weight more evenly.

Challenge The winter is always an issue to face for the roofing industry. The weather drops, snow covers the roof. Solution Our company will still work year-round, even in the middle of winter.

With the start of August, it can almost feel as though summer’s coming to an end. For our kids, school is right around the corner. As this new school year quickly sneaks up on us and our kids, it’s easy to become focused on what’s ahead.
