Challenge It's important to make sure you go with credible contractors. This homeowner received got repairs from a contractor but wasn't able to reach them when the leak started up again. Solution We pride ourselves on being around for over 50 years.

Challenge This homeowner was experiencing leakage in their garage roof.  They had a few shingles replaced prior to our inspection of the roof.  What they had thought is that a squirrel was possibly destroying the roof by burrowing to get in and out of the attic.

Challenge One of our fellow employees needed a small roof repair. She didn't need much. Just a few shingles were missing from her house. It was a small project, but an important one. She turned to the best! Over time, shingles will lose their original color.

Challenge Roofs leak for a number of reasons. Not every leak means a pricey fix. Solution Sometimes all a leak is something loose on your roof. All you might need to do is tighten things attached to your roof to stop a leak.

Challenge 2 years ago, a homeowner discovered small leaks from his roof. At that time, for whatever reason, he decided not to go with us to fix the leak. However, over the next couple years, the leak got worse.

Challenge The homeowner had inquired about the issue they were having with improper drainage in one particuliar section of their home structure.  They had viewed a few other neighbors homes with similiar elevations and noticed they were the only one with a "pocket" of space on their home.
