Challenge There are many reasons why fascia might get damaged or even fall off. Whatever the reason, when the wood underneath is exposed for too long things will only get worse.

Challenge One of our fellow employees needed a small roof repair. She didn't need much. Just a few shingles were missing from her house. It was a small project, but an important one. She turned to the best! Over time, shingles will lose their original color.

Challenge This homeowner had crews out at various times to repair leaks. When our expert checked their roof they discovered more than a small leak! Solution Our superior crew tore off the existing roof.  What they found were a few soft spots in the plywood, some smaller spots of mold.

Challenge The homeowner stated that the window has been leaking in the one corner into the house and ruining the drywall. Upon removing the siding, our technicians noticed that the window was placed into the hole created by the builders for a window, but then not properly sealed from the elements.

Challenge While reroofing and venting this home, our crew pulled off the flashing cover and heard a loud crash.  When they looked into the hole now in the roof where the flashing was..they saw this cast iron flashing piece inside of the home.

Challenge Per a building code in this city, we were required to add a kick out flashing to this home after completing the roof.   Solution The flashing was against a front facing brick section of the home above a door.

Challenge This homeowner was experiencing a constant leak over their dining room area.  Upon inspection of the double layer roof, it was determined that the underlayment and plywood may need to be replaced.

Challenge The homeowner had wind damage to the roof that was causing leaks below.  Our team discovered that there was more than just a few leaks that needed repair.   Solution We completed a temporary repair for the home until we were able to complete a full tear off and replacement.
